Oahu Scuba Diving Vacations
Hawaii’s Oahu have many fascinating scuba diving locations and perhaps the most popular dive site in Oahu is the Hanauma Bay. Hanauma Bay was formed by the erosion of one side of a volcano crater and is very well protected from the trade winds and surf making it a fantastic scuba diving and snorkeling site in Oahu. Hanauma Bay’s crystal clear water and diverse coral reef are good introductions to Hawaiian marine environments and its waters are seldom considered to be dangerous to scuba divers.

Rachel Alexandra won’t run in Breeders’ Cup
The filly Rachel Alexandra will not run in the Breeders’ Cup, despite an announcement Friday that the winner’s share of the Classic would be increased by $1 million if she and the undefeated mare Zenyatta were to take on the best older horses in the world November 7 at Santa Anita Park. Adding the $1 million would have raised the base winner’s share of the $5 million Breeders’ Cup Classic to $3.7 million, the richest of any race in the world this year. Jess Jackson said late Friday he was humbled by the interest Rachel Alexandra has generated, but “Rachel already has completed a brilliant long campaign.” Earlier, in an effort to lure Rachel Alexandra to the Breeders’ Cup to run against undefeated Zenyatta, the Breeders’ Cup said it would add $1 million to the winner’s share of the Classic if both horses ran.

Bali Liveaboard Scuba Diving Vacation
Contrary to what many scuba divers may think, a liveaboard scuba diving in Bali may not necessarily be more expensive relative to conventional scuba diving vacations. As a matter of fact, liveaboard scuba diving, if well planned may even save you money and hassles. Firstly, you will save a lot of transportation time and costs, such as traveling to your dive operator’s boat and then after your dive, returning to your hotel or resort, lugging your cumbersome scuba diving gear to and fro, then repeating this same process for the next couple of days during your scuba diving vacation in Bali

Blog Reply: Trying to Use the Perfect Embouchure? Why Bother
(9/8/2009) – I do find Dave's posting to be interesting for a couple of reasons. I do agree that there is not, necessarily, one precisely proper way to use and maintain finger position. What I've found a bit amazing is the existence of widely-published photos of well-known euphonium or other brass artists, posing for a photo opportunity dubbed as “proper playing position” or something similar, yet the position of their fingers is a bit hit-or-miss.

What is 3D Rendering?
“A Process that industrial designers use to visualize their ideas by creating three-dimensional images using computer technology. These renderings are used to provide 360-degree views of products or concepts.” 3D rendering is a creative process that is similar to photography or cinematography, because you are lighting and staging scenes and producing images. Unlike regular photography, however, the scenes being photographed are imaginary, and everything appearing in a 3D rendering needs to be created (or re-created) on the computer before it can be rendered
